Adding Bookmarks in Edge and Chrome
· Open Microsoft Edge: Launch the Edge browser on your device.
· Go to the webpage: Navigate to the webpage you want to bookmark.
· Click the Star icon: On the right side of the address bar, click the Star icon, which represents 'Add to favorites or reading list'.
· Name your bookmark: In the pop-up window, you can change the default name of the bookmark if you wish.
· Choose a folder: Select a folder where you want to save the bookmark. You can use the default 'Favorites' folder or create a new one.
· Click 'Add': Once you're satisfied with the name and location, click the 'Add' button to save the bookmark.
· Access bookmarks: Click the Hub icon (three horizontal lines) on the top right, then click the 'Favorites' tab.
· Edit bookmarks: Right-click on any bookmark to rename, move, or delete it.
· Open Google Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your device.
· Go to the webpage: Navigate to the webpage you want to bookmark.
· Click the Star icon: On the right side of the address bar, click the Star icon, which represents 'Add to bookmarks'.
· Name your bookmark: In the pop-up window, you can change the default name of the bookmark if you wish.
· Choose a folder: Select a folder where you want to save the bookmark. You can use the default 'Bookmarks bar' or create a new one.
· Click 'Done': Once you're satisfied with the name and location, click the 'Done' button to save the bookmark.
· Access bookmarks: Click the three vertical dots (menu button) on the top right, then hover over 'Bookmarks' and click 'Bookmark manager'.
· Edit bookmarks: Right-click on any bookmark to rename, move, or delete it.
